Refund & Return Policy
Because our juices are freshly made and perishable, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery at 01123566441 or klnzjuice@gmail.com with a photo of the product.
After reviewing the case, we may offer:
A replacement product, or
A partial or full refund to your original payment method.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are prepared or out for delivery.
All approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
